Sensors and Electrical System Maintenance
Photoelectric sensors are key components for detecting bottles and caps. Keep lenses clean to prevent dust or liquid contamination from affecting sensitivity. During daily maintenance, wipe sensor lenses with a lint-free cloth to ensure sensitivity.
Regularly check sensing distance to ensure it meets requirements. If detection becomes insensitive, adjust sensor position or sensing distance settings. Regularly check electrical connection terminals for tightness; loose terminals may cause signal interference or poor contact.
Keep electrical components such as PLC and touchscreen dry and clean, avoiding moisture or water ingress. If electrical faults occur, have them repaired by professional electricians or technicians; do not disassemble yourself. Regularly check cables for damage, especially those on moving parts, to prevent short circuits from wear.
