Maintenance Safety and Technical Support

Before performing any maintenance, disconnect power and release air pressure to ensure the equipment is in a safe state. Post a "Maintenance in Progress" sign to prevent others from operating the machine. Use appropriate tools during maintenance to avoid damaging components.

Do not reach into moving parts while the machine is running to prevent injury. Electrical component replacement must be performed by electricians or qualified technicians to ensure safety. After maintenance, perform a no-load test run before resuming production.

It is recommended to maintain a maintenance record form documenting date, maintenance content, personnel, results, and remarks for each maintenance activity to track equipment status. If troubleshooting fails or parts need replacement, contact equipment suppliers or professional technicians, providing machine model, symptom description, and steps already taken for quick technical support.
