How to Install & Set Up Automatic Labeling Machine:
Step-by-Step Guide
Installing a new automatic bottle labeling machine shouldn’t be a complex process—even for first-time users. Our automatic labeling equipment comes with pre-assembled core components, and following this step-by-step guide will have your machine up and running in no time, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Pre-Installation Preparation
1.Choose a clean, dry location away from water and dust (meets the machine’s environmental requirements). Ensure the area has a stable power supply (AC220V) and enough space for operation and maintenance.
2.Inspect all parts for looseness or damage caused during transportation—tighten any loose screws and replace damaged components immediately (safety first!).
3.Ensure the machine is properly grounded to prevent electrical hazards (a critical step for compliance and operator safety).
Installation & Label Setting
1.Connect the power cord to a compatible socket and ensure the power switch is in the “Off” position before proceeding.
2.Follow the label setting instructions: Place the label roll securely, ensuring it’s aligned correctly (no tilting or slack). Never touch the rollers or conveyor while the machine is running—safety is non-negotiable.
3.Adjust the conveyor height and label dispenser position to match your bottle/container size (refer to the machine’s construction diagram for guidance).
4.Test the conveyor belt (via the “Con. Test” function on the touch screen) to ensure smooth operation.
Final Checks
- Verify all connections are secure and correct before turning on the power.
- Train operators thoroughly on safety protocols and basic operation—only trained personnel should handle the machine.
