Machine Construction and Main Components
The machine consists of multiple functional modules that work together to complete filling and capping tasks. Main components include two vibratory bowls for cap sorting and feeding, a capping system responsible for accurately placing and tightening caps onto bottles, and a peristaltic pump as the core filling component for precise liquid delivery.
The machine also features a collection table for finished products, an inductor controller for electrical system management, and a power switch (turn left to power off). The turntable transports bottles to each station, while the emergency stop button provides immediate shutdown in emergency situations (turn right to reset).
The touch screen serves as the primary user interface for parameter setting and status monitoring. The power socket connects to the main power supply, and the oil-water separator removes moisture from compressed air to protect pneumatic components. The turntable governor adjusts rotation speed to accommodate different production requirements.
