Manual Filling Machine Installation and Commissioning Guide

The Manual filling and capping machine from Guangzhou Baichuan is designed for user-friendly operation, with core components pre-installed before delivery. Whether you are a small business owner or a first-time operator, you can easily complete the installation, commissioning, and daily operations. This guide integrates the step-by-step installation and commissioning instructions to help you quickly master the equipment usage and ensure stable operation for production.

Equipment Installation and Commissioning (Step-by-Step Instructions)
Installation and commissioning are fundamental to the safe and stable operation of the equipment. Please strictly follow the steps below, ensuring each step is completed correctly before proceeding to the next.

Step 1:

Unboxing and Inspection

After unboxing, carefully inspect all parts of the equipment to ensure there is no looseness, damage, or missing components caused during transportation. Pay special attention to core components such as the peristaltic pump, filling nozzles, capping system, and sensors. This step is critical to the safe operation of the equipment and should not be overlooked.

Step 2:

Power and Pneumatic Connections

1.Connect the power socket, turn on the power switch, and ensure the emergency stop button is in the reset position (not pressed). Once powered on, check if the touchscreen lights up normally.

2.Connect the oil-water separator to the air compressor, ensuring a tight connection to maintain stable air pressure during operation. This prevents fluctuations in air pressure from affecting filling and capping accuracy.

Step 3:

Core Component Installation and Positioning Adjustment

1.Install the peristaltic pump and filling hose, then adjust the position of the filling nozzles to align precisely with the bottles to be filled, avoiding material spillage during operation.

2.Adjust the height and position of the capping system according to your bottle specifications to ensure precise alignment with bottle caps during capping, avoiding issues such as caps being too loose or too tight.

3.Calibrate the filling sensor and cap sensor to ensure accurate detection, preventing erroneous operations such as filling without bottles or capping without caps, thereby reducing material waste and equipment wear.

Step 4:

Parameter Verification and Functional Testing

1.Equipment parameters are preset at the factory. After powering on, access the parameter page via the touchscreen to verify all parameters (e.g., filling volume, filling speed) for completeness and alignment with your product requirements.

2.Switch to the manual mode on the touchscreen and perform individual manual tests on each function, including the turntable, peristaltic pump, and capping servo motor, to confirm normal operation of all components.

3.Once manual testing is successful, switch to automatic mode and initiate a small batch trial production. Observe the overall operation of the equipment and promptly stop for adjustments if any abnormalities are detected.
